• Our restoration process

  • Remove Valves and fittings
  • Remove existing paint by blast cleaning
  • Check for cracks, leaks and damage
  • Remove and replace sections where required
  • Hydraulically pressure test @ 6 bar
  • Internally flush wash removing silt and debris
  • Powder coat primer
  • Powder coat to the colour of your choice
  • Fit bushes to suit customers pipework
  • Supply new valves/thermostats if required
  • Test and certify
